Dennis has more than 25 years of international underwriting, operations and claims experience in the Accident & Health reinsurance market. He has lead underwriting operations in the United States, United Kingdom and Latin America. Under his direction, Presidio Reinsurance Group has grown to become one of the largest Accident & Health reinsurance markets.
Prior to joining Presidio in 1994, he was with Employers Reinsurance Corporation (now Swiss Re) in Kansas City, where he was responsible for managed care excess of loss product lines. Previously, he served as both a medical underwriter and claims analyst at Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company.
Dennis holds a B.A. in philosophy from Oklahoma Baptist University and has done graduate work at Oklahoma State University and the University of Kansas.

Richard joined Presidio in 2001. He has more than 20 years of underwriting, operations and management experience in various lines of business in the Accident & Health insurance and reinsurance market. Initially, at Presidio, Richard's focus was new product development and establishing new markets and programs. He now leads Underwriting and is responsible for establishing and managing Presidio's U.S. Underwriting operations as well as Policy Administration and Reinsurance Administration.
Prior to joining Presidio, Richard was with Employers Reinsurance Corporation (now Swiss Re) where he managed the HMO Reinsurance and Provider Excess of Loss products and also spent time underwriting and managing Medical Reinsurance and Employer Stop Loss business. Prior to ERC, he underwrote life and disability at Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company.
Richard holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife and two daughters.

Tom has been with Presidio since January, 2009. He has more than 30 years of insurance, reinsurance and specialty provider network experience. Tom has a wide range of expertise including marketing, sales, underwriting, operations and risk management. He is responsible for Presidio’s employer programs and underwriting team nationwide.
Prior to joining Presidio, Tom held executive positions with KMG American Corporation, Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America and ING/Reliastar. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of MN and an Executive Mini MBA from St. Thomas University.
Tom is a lifelong resident of Minneapolis, Minnesota, enjoys outdoor sports and activities and is active in the not-for-profit community.

Doug joined Presidio in 1995 and has more than 20 years of underwriting experience in the Accident & Health reinsurance market. Doug is responsible for the management of Presidio's Managed Care program and underwriting team nationwide. Under his guidance Presidio has established itself as one of the most innovative, and has grown to be the largest and oldest, managed care reinsurer in the United States.
Prior to joining Presidio, Doug was with Employers Reinsurance Corporation (now Swiss Re) where he managed the western territory and was responsible for Employer Stop Loss and Provider Excess of Loss products.
Doug holds a B.A. from The College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio.
Director, Specialty Medical
As Director of Specialty Medical Programs, Tasha is responsible for leading all initiatives as health care reform impacts the accident and health business. She leads product development, underwriting and marketing for ACOs, CO-OPs, insurance exchanges, captives, MEWAs, and other licensing management and specialty medical efforts.
Before joining Presidio, Tasha spent 18 years at Swiss Re, formerly the ERC/GE Insurance Solutions division where she was Vice President and Product Manager of the HMO Reinsurance, Provider Excess and Medical Excess business. Other roles held at Swiss Re include, Property & Casualty Program Underwriting Management, Risk Management, and Six Sigma Quality training. Tasha’s initial career began in public accounting with KPMG, Peat Marwick.
Tasha has both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from William Jewell College and a Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas. Tasha holds a Certified Public Accountant designation and is a member of the Kansas Society of CPAs.
Tasha lives in Kansas with her husband and two sons.

Marcia joined Presidio Excess Insurance Services in 2005 and is responsible for directing Presidio’s Medical Reinsurance and Proportional Medical Reinsurance programs for both current and new business initiatives.
With her 20 years experience in the industry, Marcia, before joining Presidio, worked with Allied Administrators and more recently with the ERC Group, where she was responsible for underwriting and account management.
Marcia is the author of papers on topics including organ transplants and reinsurance trends. She also continues to make numerous presentations to industry organizations. Marcia received her Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from The University of Iowa. She currently resides in the Kansas City area with her husband and children.

Director, Claims and Cost Management
Bill joined Presidio in 2011. He is responsible for Presidio’s claim department and the Presidio PULSE™ Program.
Prior to joining Presidio, Bill was President of Healthplan Results. There he created a cost containment company that provided service to healthcare payers, administrators and vendors. Previously, Bill held a variety of claim management roles in stop loss, HMO and insurance organizations. With over 25 years in the industry, Bill brings extensive knowledge of the group health and medical reinsurance marketplace.
Bill has a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). He lives in Minnesota with his two sons.
Director, Finance and Accounting
Christopher joined Presidio in 1999. He is responsible for Presidio's accounting department and finance infrastructure as well as all financial activities for all Presidio Reinsurance Group companies.
Prior to joining Presidio, Christopher was with various HMOs in the Chicagoland area.
Christopher holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance and a Masters in Finance, both from Lewis University. He lives with his wife and two boys in the San Francisco Bay Area.
